These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Clume, a daily word mystery game.
Using Clume
You may use Clume for personal entertainment. You must not misuse, interfere with, attack, scrape, overload or attempt to bypass the normal operation of the service.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
Gameplay and Availability
Clume aims to provide one daily puzzle. The service may be updated, interrupted or unavailable from time to time, particularly during development, maintenance or unexpected technical issues.
Clume Supporter
Clume offers an optional Supporter subscription for players who wish to help support the ongoing development and running costs of the game.
Supporters may receive additional statistics, gameplay history and other optional features. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation options will be displayed before purchase.
Supporter subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
Clume, including its name, branding, puzzles, clues, design and software, is owned by its creator or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Fair Use
You must not use Clume in a way that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, automated at scale, or intended to disrupt the service for other users.
Limitation of Liability
Clume is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clume is not liable for indirect losses, interruptions, loss of data, or inability to access the service.
Changes to these Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Clume after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
